Once you place an order, we will send a detailed information about your order and shipping times to your e-mail. Please allow 1-3 days for the order to dispatch from one of our warehouses that is closest to your location.

If it has been more than 3 weeks since you have placed your order, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will try to locate the package and give you as much information as we can - if we are unable to find your package, we will send you a brand new one with Expedited shipping for free.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it for any damage. In case if the product you received has been damaged or you received a faulty one,contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package. We will be happy to send you a replacement. No return is needed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You can read our Refund Policy here.

All of our products are covered under 1-year warranty. Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse or negligence caused by the customer and is not caused as a result of normal use.
